2. Access and Account Creation

This application is currently a private portfolio project. Account creation is restricted to the site administrator. Unsolicited attempts to create accounts or bypass authentication mechanisms are prohibited.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use this application only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the application.

4. Intellectual Property and Attribution

This application uses data and images from third-party sources:

• MyAnimeList: Anime and Manga data and images are provided by MyAnimeList. This application is not endorsed by or affiliated with MyAnimeList.
• Jikan API: Additional anime/manga data is provided by the Jikan API.
• The Movie Database (TMDB): This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
• IGDB: Game metadata and covers are provided by IGDB (by Twitch).
• Steam: Game statistics are provided by the Steam Web API. Sielfavs is not affiliated with Valve Corporation.
• YouTube: Music search and video embedding are powered by YouTube API Services. By using these features, you accept and agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Sielfavs are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
